Oct 12, 2017 - SimCity 4 Deluxe - Origin version - Unpatchable. Here and here for a full breakdown of the problem. Basically Origin are being rotters. Just goes to show what a rip-off the $20 normal cost is for SC4. I got downloaded even all props and lots of Korean sites, it was very difficult. I don't know.
