If you can say why your plugin users the exact filenaming system, why both dsp plugins are the same size and why the output is exactly the same as rebontek, then your halfway there. As it stands now both plugins look identical, so either they are ripping you off or your ripping them off, it's highly unlikely you would both create something that is so similar in many respects, what are the odds on that?
