CS3 Controls, Inc. Provides the leading technologies in building solutions and technology convergence. These technologies allow facility operators to comprehensivley manage their facilities to maximize comfort, energy and efficiency. Experience and training gained thru years of design, installation, engineering and systems integration of building automation, mechanical equipment, DDC controls, security, surveilance and access systems across a wide variety of complex environments, uniquely qualifies the CS3 team of professionals to serve customers needs.

Our committment to interoperabale protocols, open communication standards, and converging technologies insures customers that the 'fully integrated building' is not just a sales pitch but a cost effective, competitive reality. Whether its a legacy product integration, current open protocol integration, or convergence of industries/technology CS3 has those solutions available today.

All of these can be fully integrated into one seamless environment utilizing IT infrastructure and Web connectivity to reduce costs, while delivering expanded capabilities and increased customer satisfaction. BACnet Supervisor The BACnet Supervisor includes a unique suite of Java®-based products that are designed to integrate a variety of devices and protocols into a common, distributed, automation system.

The TAC I/A Series BACnet Supervisor (IA-BAC) is a fully web-based, vendor-independent BACnet™ workstation solution providing users with the ability to view, manage, and control multi-vendor BACnet systems and devices from a common system. MNB-1000 Plant Controller The TAC I/A Series® MicroNet™ BACnet™ Plant Controller is an interoperable controller with native BACnet/IP, BACnet Ethernet, and MS/TP communications support and routing functionality between physical networks. The controller features Sensor Link (SLink) support, LED status and output indication, two Ethernet ports, and screw terminal blocks. The Plant Controller’s sequence of operation and BACnet image are fully programmable using WorkPlace Tech Tool, and can be applied to a wide range of mechanical equipment. Typical applications include central station air handlers, VAV air handlers, and cooling towers.

The TAC MicroNet BACnet Plant Controller can function either in a standalone mode or as part of a BACnet building automation system (BAS) network. MNB-300 Unitary Controller The TAC I/A Series® MicroNet™ BACnet™ Unitary Controller is an interoperable controller with native BACnet MS/TP communications support. The controller features Sensor Link (S-Link) support, LED status and output indication, screw terminal blocks, as well as a panel mount sub-base with removable electronics module.

When programmed using WorkPlace Tech Tool, the Unitary controller provides a wide range of control strategies for packaged rooftop, heat pump, fan coil, unit ventilator, and similar applications. The TAC MicroNet BACnet Unitary Controller can function either in a standalone mode or as part of a BACnet building automation system (BAS) network. Kak sdelatj jwh 250 v domashnih usloviyah. MNB-1000-15 Expander Module The TAC I/A Series® MicroNet™ BACnet™ Remote I/O Module is designed to be an extension of the MNB-1000 Plant Controller, so as to expand the controller’s I/O count. When programmed using WorkPlace Tech Tool, each module increases the count by 15 inputs and outputs. Up to eight modules can be connected to a given MNB-1000 controller, for a potential increase of 120 I/O points, total. In this way, the controller’s existing 32 onboard I/O can be expanded to 47 I/O points (with one module), up to a maximum total of 152 I/O points (with eight modules). The Remote I/O Module features: LED indication of compatibility, communication status, and output indication; screw terminal blocks; a panel-mount sub-base with removable electronics module; a fallback I/O function; a DIP switch for addressing; and automated, over-the-network firmware upgrades.

MNB-VAV Controller The TAC I/A Series® MicroNet™ BACnet™ VAV (Variable Air Volume) Controllers are interoperable controllers with native BACnet MS/TP communications support. All models incorporate: an integral actuator with manual override; an integral, patented, pressure transducer; three universal inputs; Sensor Link (S-Link) support; LED status indication; and over-the-shaft damper mounting.
